Account Manager
The Sales Representative (Account Manager) will be responsible for account growth, relationship building, cross selling products, educating customers about our services, meeting and/or exceeding monthly quotas, networking, having fun, as well as maximizing the growth of our sales in their respective Industrial Markets.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Sell - The Sales Representative's primary responsibility is to build relationships and rapport with each customer in their personal customer database to sell and upsell our products and services.
- Educate - Each Sales Rep will be responsible for educating our customer base on our many product lines.
- Study - Sales Reps will be required to continually educate themselves about our different products and services. This may involve attending in house training classes on the different products and services or making themselves privy to pertinent information from various industry and trade publications.
- *Outbound Focus - Must place a strong emphasis and focus on outbound calls to their assigned customer base making a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day.
*Note: Call quotas are subject to increases as resources are added. Examples of resources are headcount, software systems, operational developments, etc. This is implemented at management's discretion and as business needs progress.
- Research & Customer Service Skills - Always treat the customer's concerns as primary focus. Take the time to research all problems to ensure the best outcome for both Logistics Corporation and our customers.
- Proper Record Keeping - All call notes must be entered into CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) for proper internal and customer communication purposes.
- Teamwork - Management appreciates and welcomes all feedback on how we can better our company and improve processes to best serve our customers. We strongly encourage and support active participation in all meetings.

- Clearly and professionally express thoughts and ideas verbally and in writing.
- Understands and respects the chain of command of management and to adhere to that chain.
- Always represent Logistics Supply Corporation with the highest of standards when working with our customers, manufacturer partners, team members, and sister companies.
- Maintains a positive mental attitude and demeanor.
- Other work related duties and tasks as assigned by Manager.
Compensation:
Base Salary + Incentive Opportunities - Employee is eligible to earn bonus money after a successful 90-day probationary period. Bonus monies may be earned in a combination of successfully achieving individual and company goals. Specific monthly goals are defined at the beginning of each business month.
